What is Loop Therapy?

Loop Therapy is a self-help technique I developed to help people connect with their inner selves. It’s based on the idea that talking to yourself out loud creates a “feedback loop” that promotes healing and mindfulness.

How It Works: The Feedback Loop

  • Step 1: Think and Speak – Your brain turns thoughts into words, sending them through a mental “filter” to your mouth.
  • Step 2: Sound Travels – Your voice vibrates the air, creating sound waves.
  • Step 3: Hear and Process – Your ears pick up the sound, and your brain filters it back in, like hearing a fresh perspective.

This loop lets your “inner child” (the vulnerable, emotional part) talk to your “ego” (your everyday self). It takes effort to verbalize, which helps reprogram negative patterns from past trauma.

Why It’s Healthy

In society, talking to yourself is often seen as odd, but it’s actually a powerful way to build self-awareness and harmony. It’s like free talk therapy with yourself—try it in a quiet space, speaking kindly about your goals or feelings.

Loop Therapy complements our program by encouraging daily mindfulness. Start small: Say out loud, “I am responsible for how I see my world,” and listen to how it feels.
